By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted the following policy.

Order Cancellation

As our products are curated and shipped from various international locations, you can only cancel your order within 6 hours from your purchasing time of the same day.

Returns

We accept returns on all products if you are not fully satisfied!  Our policy lasts 20 days from the date of your receipt of the item.

Item(s) must be returned together with proof of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  It must also be in the original packaging with tags.

To return your product for a refund, contact sales@ourpiq.com for further information and instructions. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and we may also ask for a photo.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.  Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are return shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing   shipping insurance.Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, sale items, discounted items, gift cards, any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.
